REGISTRATION INCLUDES*

  1. Accommodations:
    We will stay in the adjacent Warehouse hotel, a 4.5 star hotel, with modern rooms and amenities.  Each camper will be paired with another camper to share a hotel room. For an added fee, campers can request a single room ($400).
  2. All meals and snacks
    Meals will be catered and served in the conference center where we hold our lectures.
  3. All activities:
    We are able to accommodate ALL fitness levels and we encourage adults of all ages to attend. This camp has a community feel with activities being centralized in one building. 
    Bike rentals » If you plan on biking at camp but can’t bring your own bike, rentals will be available from a local bike shop at an additional charge payable to the bike shop.
  4. Spending time with 15+ amazing and expert staff from all over the country, many of whom have T1D
  5. One-on-one consultations with DTC experts including:
    •     a CDE/registered dietician with expertise in healthy fueling,
    •     DTC expert mental skills coach and
    •     opportunities to speak one-on-one with athletic coaches while out in the field

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that circumstances arise that may prevent you from coming to camp. Once you are registered, there is a $350 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received 6 weeks before your camp start date, allowing us time to fill the space from our wait list.
