   We are able to accommodate ALL fitness levels and we encourage all who are interested to attend.
6. Time with amazing expert staff, many of whom live with Type 1 diabetes, from all over the country including:
   • Dr. Corcoran, DTC founder and endocrinologist who specializes in T1D and exercise
   • a CDE/registered dietician with expertise in healthy fueling
   • DTC expert mental skills coach
   • professional fitness staff at Spooky Nook

Registration Fee: TOTAL: US $1100 

which covers 1 TEEN ATHLETE @ US$125 (subsidized by the Diabetes Training Camp Foundation) + 1 PARENT / GUARDIAN @ US$975

NOTE: Teens under 18 MUST attend with at least 1 parent or guardian.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: You can pay by CHECK or CREDIT CARD - please fill out all the billing details below. If you want to pay in 2 installments (50% deposit and 50% due 6 weeks before camp) you can do so by CREDIT CARD only.
